This is a very busy place, so don’t expect to be in and out fast. However, this isn’t a bad thing. The staff are always nice, and they do their best to be fast and keep things moving. I also will forever be grateful for them letting me adopt such a precious little dog. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I drove from the east side of Columbus to adopt my handsome boy. I would happily make the drive again based on my interactions with staff.
