How to Link AFHS to Kroger Community Rewards

Step 1: Create or Sign In to a Kroger Digital Account

Go to www.kroger.com/communityrewards or open the Kroger app.
Click Sign In or Create an Account.
If creating a new account, follow the prompts and register your Kroger Plus Card or associate your phone number with your digital account (this ensures purchases count toward rewards).

Step 2: Find the Community Rewards Program

Once signed in, click your name or profile in the top right section of the site or app.
Go to My Account.
Look for the Community Rewards section.

Step 3: Search for Animal Friends Humane Society (Organization Number PC369)

In the Community Rewards area, click Enroll Now or Edit (if updating an existing selection).
In the search box, type “Animal Friends Humane Society” (or the organization’s official NPO number if you have it).
When the correct nonprofit appears in the list, click Select / Enroll / Save.

Step 4: Shop & Support

Once enrolled, make sure you use your Kroger Plus card or enter your phone number whenever you checkout.
Every qualifying purchase will generate rewards for Animal Friends Humane Society.

Step 5: Re-Enrollment (Annual)

Kroger sometimes requires nonprofit supporters to re-enroll or confirm their selection each year, so encourage supporters to check or renew their enrollment annually.
